WHO WE ARE

THE SINGAPORE CHAPTER OF THE U.S. NAVY LEAGUE

The Navy League is a international organization dedicated to providing support to members of the U.S. sea services, their families, and the communities they serve. The Singapore Chapter of the Navy League offers its members a dynamic series of events and exclusive opportunities to learn more about the men and women in the U.S. sea services, as well as the incredible ships, submarines, and aircraft they operate. From champagne receptions aboard touring aircraft carriers to poolside BBQs, the Singapore Chapter of the U.S. Navy League aims to give the best to its community. No military experience is needed and all nationalities are welcome to join.

TAKE A LOOK AT OUR EVENTS

We bring our members a broad range of events, including: tours of U.S. ships and submarines, receptions for new crews, gala balls, BBQs, and seminars with Naval dignitaries. In partnership with our Community Affiliates, we also support charity events throughout the year.

U.S. 7th Fleet Band
PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 20, 2014) An MQ-8B Fire Scout unmanned autonomous helicopter from the Magicians of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 35, Detachment 1, lifts off the flight deck of the littoral combat ship USS Fort Worth (LCS 3) during flight operations. HSM-35 is the Navy’s first composite expeditionary helicopter squadron. Fort Worth departed its homeport of San Diego Nov. 17 for a 16-month rotational deployment to Singapore in support of the Navy’s strategic rebalance to the Pacific. (April 8, 2015) Sailors assigned to the littoral combat ship USS Fort Worth (LCS 3) and the guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) enjoy music by the U.S. 7th Fleet Navy Band, Orient Express, during a concert held at the Bien Dong Park in support of Naval Engagement Activity (NEA) Vietnam 2015. Other Activites
(Feb. 4, 2015) Navy Diver 2nd Class Paul Orbegoso, from Glen Ellen, Ill., assigned to Ship Repair Facility, Japan Regional Maintenance Center, Yokosuka, surfaces after a dive on the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). The dive is supporting the ship's selective restricted availability. George Washington is forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan, and currently in a selective restricted availability, a scheduled maintenance period, until her summer patrol.
